Sterr & Eder, part of Ultraseal International, provides a full range of post-casting finishing, testing and assembly services for lightweight aluminium castings, powertrain components and cast aluminium structural components all within one 5000m2 modern plant.
Extensive processing capability for cast aluminium powertrain and structural components from fettling/deburring and shot blasting through heat treatment to NDT, impregnation and assembly allows Sterr & Eder to ensure our customers experience a seamless, flexible, high quality and reliable supply chain. Our closed loop process chain improves production efficiency, reduces logistics costs and avoids unnecessary component handling and interfaces that can impact on component quality.
Fully accredited for the automotive industry with quality and environmental management systems that conform to ISO9001, TS16949 and ISO14001.
