Our best-in-class, modular, automated top load systems offer all the benefits of our semi-automated top loading systems with the addition of fully automatic control of the workload between the process modules and overhead transporter. Integrated conveyor systems are also available to transport workloads to and from the machine – allowing for automated production over long periods.

Ultraseal top loading impregnation systems incorporate unique rotational washing technology to ensure exceptional results.

Special equipment options:

Pre-wash Module

A pre-wash module can be specified for the effective cleaning of machined and un-machined metal, plastic and composite components prior to impregnation.

Vacuum Dry Module

Applied after hot cure to ensure completely dry components and help prevent corrosion from residual moisture.

Cooling System Module

An optional cooling system module is available. Integrated after the hot cure process, the cooling module delivers cooled, production assembly ready components to the next manufacturing process operation.

Special Fixtures

To optimize your component handling we design and supply special fixtures or custom designed baskets suitable for holding components - from air-conditioning compressors or electrical components to large machined castings (e.g. transmission casings or engine blocks).


Complete Process Monitoring Capability

Process monitoring is the main building block of effective plant operations. Ultraseal fully automated impregnation systems provide you with total process control visibility.

Our impregnation system diagnostics provide full process performance analysis and data logging to provide complete production batch traceability – with cycles stored in machine memory or total process cycle history available via our Web Portal option.

This allows your production and quality teams to identify precisely whether any quality issues result from process control or with casting quality.

We also provide a remote diagnostic capability. This solution allows our support team experts to manage your process – identifying problems and abnormal situations and determining ways to improve and optimize process operations without travelling to the site. Helping to optimize your plant performance and also minimize unplanned downtime.

Diagnostic information is available locally or accessed remotely over the internet via an Ethernet cable.
